Your email address, subject, message and optional name are used to respond to your enquiry. Cloudflare hosts the form and processes technical connection data to deliver and protect it. Resend forwards the message to our IONOS support mailbox. We do not add you to a mailing list or send an automatic reply.
Contract-related enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries under Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to requests. Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry or meet applicable retention obligations. The form does not create a separate message database.
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, and data portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and complain to a data protection authority, including the supervisory authority in Lower Saxony.
